N.S. Reg. 122/97 ROYAL GAZETTE Part II Regulations

6. Schedule 60 of the regulations is amended by:

  1. striking out "amusement" in the description of the offence in the Offence column in Item 6 under By-Law No. 10, Licensing By-Law, and substituting "vending";

  2. striking out "which is" in the description of the offence in the Offence column in Item 3 under By-Law No. 20, Dog By-Law, and substituting "running";

  3. striking out the description of the offence in the Offence column in Item 4 under By-Law No. 20, Dog By-Law, and substituting "Owning a dog that is rabid or exhibits symptoms of canine madness";

  4. adding offences, section numbers and out of court settlement penalties immediately after Item 4 under By-Law No. 20, Dog By-Law, as follows:

  5. Owning a dog that persistently disturbs quiet of neighbourhood 5(e) $165.00

  6. Owner of a dog failing to remove dog faeces from property other than owner's 8 $165.00
